ماژول محافظ شارژ و درشارژ BMS باتری 3 سل 10 آمپر

این ماژول یک سیستم هوشمند مدیریت باتری است که امکان شارژ ایمن و بالانس سه باتری لیتیوم‌یون 18650 به‌صورت سری را فراهم می‌کند. این ماژول با کنترل دقیق فرایند شارژ و دشارژ، از باتری‌ها در برابر شارژ بیش از حد، دشارژ عمیق، اتصال کوتاه و نوسانات جریان محافظت می‌کند و عمر مفید سلول‌ها را افزایش می‌دهد. ولتاژ قطع شارژ در محدوده 4.25V تا 4.35V و ولتاژ قطع دشارژ در حدود 2.3V تا 3.0V تنظیم شده تا از آسیب رسیدن به سلول‌ها جلوگیری شود. حداکثر جریان خروجی این ماژول 10A است و با وجود مصرف حالت استندبای بسیار کم (حدود 30µA) گزینه‌ای بهینه برای پک‌های قابل‌حمل محسوب می‌شود. طراحی برد به‌گونه‌ای است که می‌توانید ماژول را به‌راحتی بالای سه سلول 18650 نصب کرده و پک باتری جمع‌وجور و ایمن بسازید. هرچند این ماژول قابلیت استفاده برای باتری‌های Li-Po را هم دارد، توصیه می‌شود صرفاً در پروژه‌های مبتنی بر 18650 مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Three batteries (18650) can be connected to the module simultaneously. The features of this charge controller are: protection against short circuit (short circuit) and protection against overdischarge (overcharge). Also a feature of the module is to turn off the power supply for the batteries when the maximum capacity of at least one battery is reached. The maximum operating current of this BMS controller is 8 A, and the quiescent current reaches up to 10 μA. The battery charge is switched off when the voltage reaches 4.25 – 4.35 V, and the discharge when the voltage drops to 2.3 – 3.0 V.
The battery charge-discharge controller module has 6 outputs:
B +: positive pole of the battery
B-: battery negative pole
B1: mid-point assembly of 1 and 2 batteries
B2: mid-point assembly of 2 and 3 batteries
P-: negative charge / discharge terminal
P + positive charge / discharge terminal
If the maximum permissible value of the supply voltage is exceeded, the charge controller activates the “protection” mode. In order to restore the module, it is necessary to re-apply voltage to the input of the BMS board or wait a while until the charge controller automatically disables the protection.
The voltage range of the module is from 12.6 to 13.0 V. For charging, you can use a step-up voltage converter with a current limiter. Please note that this module is not a charger.
