Instruction:
press the up button to display the starting temperature
Long press the UP button on the flashing temperature display, press the UP or DOWN button Set the value of the initial temperature.
Press the down button to display the shutdown temperature

Long press the down button the temperature display flashing, press the UP button or Down button Set the value of the stop temperature.
